Testimonials
I cannot find enough words to express my heartfelt gratitude for the transformative journey Runner360 has led me through over the past year. When I first stepped into this coaching program with a 2:20 half marathon time, little did I know the incredible heights they would help me reach.
This team of expertise, dedication, and unwavering belief in my potential ignited a spark within me that I never knew existed.
From day one, the personalized training plans and tailored guidance pushed me to break barriers and surpass my own limitations. Each training (Run & strength ) session was carefully crafted to target our weaknesses and enhance our strengths, making every step of this challenging process feel purposeful and rewarding.
It wasn't just the physical training that made all the difference, Constant encouragement, support, and belief in our abilities kept us motivated through the tough days. They knew exactly when to push us harder and when to remind us to trust the process. Your ability to strike the perfect balance between pushing us beyond our comfort zone and ensuring our well-being was nothing short of remarkable.
As the days turned into months, I witnessed my progress firsthand, and with your guidance, I achieved a personal best of 1:43 in the half marathon. I could hardly believe that the once seemingly insurmountable goal was now a reality, all thanks to your unyielding commitment and mentorship.
I am grateful for the impact you've had on my life. Your passion for running, coupled with your genuine care for your athletes, sets you apart as exceptional coaches. You've not only helped me achieve a personal best, but also to the small running community you cater for achieving audacious goals.
Thank you, Runner 360 Coaches, for changing the way I run and helping me realize my true potential.
With deepest gratitude and admiration,

Runners360 to me is like a big extended family, where the only aim for each and every member is strive to be a better self than yesterday and not competing with someone. This is where I see our coaches play a very crucial role- building sportsmanship, inculcating team spirit, appreciating fellow members and above all not identifying a person with the numbers they achieve but rather appreciating uniquenes in each member and making it a base to build the individual success stories.
Runners360 truly personifies its name as Coaches work real hard to provide you an environment and setting up a process where you see a 360 degree development - be it mental, physical or at times spiritual, so overall holistic change in your attitude , in the way you see different situations of life.
Zoom sessions are yet another epic example of how keenly Coaches observe, advice and fix postures of each individual rather than performing the session and expecting newbies and other members to follow. No giving up, your knee is caving in, your feet should be straight, dont look down, look straight, back straight, next session get higher weights etc are some of the very common individual comments one gets.
Overall here the Coaches Live and Lead by Example so we have running coaches who set a benchmark by winning podiums, inspiring you and showing you that dreams are achievable with hard work, and then there are super subtle humble yoga gurus and then there are selfless coach who travel all over, run marathon, but not for himself/herself but most of the time to help someone achieve one's personal best targets. I so wonder how they know/assess a person better than the person himself and set targets which look impossible to one but he/she eventually hits it with ease be a newbie to running or a seasoned runner.
So finally one line which echoes in the mind of each member of Runners360 is "Trust The Process" because it Does Work !!!

I joined Runners360 sometime in early 2018 post my TMM HM debacle :). I was never worried about timing in races, but my only aim was Fit to Run and, with the same mindset, joined Runners360. During those days there were 7-day sessions at Cubbon, but with my office time and IT job , Shreyas made sure to keep it simple and flexible based on the needs ! I already had a stressful life at work and also at home due to some medical conditions at home , so I was hoping Running would release that stress and not add to it - with Runners360 , that's exactly what happened. Without you realizing , you will improve your timing in running , which is great, but at work, at home and in the overall quality of life, you will see a lot of improvements! This has happened to me without me realizing it and the only reason for this - the positivity and motivation of this group and coaches!
At Runners360 performance was never measured or grouped into running time, but there is always a human story / emotional quotient applied and you feel at home and connect with the coaches and can freely express your desires ,ambitions and fears too! With excellent strength sessions and running plans provided by coaches at Runners360, your job is simple and follows to the T and the rest is taken care . Needless to say, I saw huge improvement in runs without me pushing for it - all sub 60, sub 50 , sub 45 10ks or some awesome HMs - sub 2, sub 1.45, sub 100, 90 min or sub 3.30 FMs came in as I aged along with Runner360 !
Its been 5+ yrs now for me with Runners360, but I still feel the same energy and enthusiasm as on day 1 and all credit to the wonderful coaches and innovation /plan they bring in for every session! Every strength session feels like new and every running plan and talk to coaches feels like friendship of life! It's one of my best decisions in life to join Runners360 and very thankful to all the coaches here !
